Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed on SnusCore Wholesale. Last updated 15 October 2026.
1. Seller
OÜ Deu Nehitus, Pargi tee 3-2, Orava küla, Võru vald, 64101, Estonia, registry code 16735420, VAT EE102626230 ("we"). Contact: info@snuscore.com. Orders shipped from our Northern EU Warehouse are stored, packed and dispatched on our behalf by UAB Nordstock Global, Elektronikos g. 76, 35116 Panevėžys, Lithuania, registry code 307038145.
2. Who can buy
- Companies buying for their business, and private persons aged 18 or older. Nicotine products are never sold to minors.
- You confirm that you may legally buy, import and (for companies) resell nicotine products in your country, and that you hold any licence this requires. You are responsible for local rules on nicotine strength, flavours, labelling and excise.
- We don't ship to countries where these products are banned. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks these terms or the law.
3. Prices and VAT
- Prices are per can, in euro, excluding VAT, as shown in your account when you order. Shipping is calculated in the cart.
- Minimum order: 240 cans per warehouse, any mix of brands. Cans are sold in steps of 10; other quantities are rounded up.
- Companies with a valid EU VAT number (checked in VIES) are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge rule. Other buyers pay the VAT rate that applies to them. Excise and import duties of the destination country are not included unless shown on the invoice, and are paid by the buyer.
4. Orders, proforma and reservation
- Your order is an offer to buy. You receive a proforma invoice by email and in your account.
- Products from our Northern EU Warehouse are reserved for you for 72 hours. Products from partner warehouses are confirmed when your payment arrives; if one has sold out by then, we offer a replacement or refund that part.
- If payment has not arrived within 72 hours, the order is cancelled automatically and the reservation ends.
- The contract is concluded when we confirm your payment. You then receive the final invoice.
5. Payment
By bank transfer to the account on the proforma, with the proforma number as the reference. Bank charges are paid by the sender. Ownership of the goods passes to you when we have received full payment.
6. Delivery
We ship after payment, with the carrier shown at checkout, to the delivery address chosen for the order. If you supply your own shipping label, or for Australia and Canada (where we deliver to our sorting centre in Panevėžys and pack your parcel), the onward transport is your responsibility. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to private buyers on delivery and to companies when the parcel is handed to the carrier. See Delivery and payment.
7. Checking the goods and complaints
Check every parcel on arrival. Report visible transport damage to the carrier and to us within 2 working days, and wrong or missing items within 7 days, with the order number and photos. We replace, credit or refund justified complaints. Products carry a best-before date and are shipped with a reasonable remaining shelf life.
8. Returns and right of withdrawal
Companies have no right of withdrawal. Private buyers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened, sealed cans. See Returns and withdrawal.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned and does not cover indirect loss or lost profit, except where the law does not allow such a limit, for example for intent, gross negligence or the statutory rights of consumers.
10. Personal data
We process your data as described in our Privacy policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes are settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence and may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
