Delivery and payment

Our warehouses

• Northern EU Warehouse: our own stock in Elektronikos g. 76, 35116 Panevėžys, Lithuania, packed and shipped by UAB Nordstock Global.
• Central EU Warehouse: our distribution partner, ships straight to you with its own carriers.
• Scandinavian Warehouse and Eastern EU Warehouse: partner stock that is brought to our warehouse in Panevėžys and shipped to you from there.

Every product shows which warehouses have it and how many cans are available. A warehouse doesn't ship into its own country, so the warehouses offered depend on your delivery address.

Minimum order and quantities

240 cans per warehouse you order from, any mix of brands. Cans are sold in steps of 10. Whatever you enter in a quantity field goes straight into your cart.

Delivery time

Usually 3–7 working days after your payment arrives. If your order has items from several warehouses, it may arrive in separate parcels; you get a tracking link for each.

Shipping costs

• Calculated in the cart from your delivery address and the weight of each shipment, so you see the full price before you order.
• From Panevėžys we ship with UPS (Standard, or Express Saver where Standard isn't available). The price includes the UPS fuel surcharge and packing. You can also send us your own shipping label: then you only pay a small handling fee.
• For the Central EU Warehouse you can choose the carrier in the cart; the cheapest is preselected.
• Australia and Canada: all items are brought together in our sorting centre in Panevėžys and packed as one parcel. The shipping cost covers that transport and the packing only; further dispatch is arranged by you (your own label or your carrier collects). Exception for Canada: Central EU Warehouse items ship straight to you with GLS, at the price shown in the cart.
• We currently don't deliver to France or the Netherlands.

Payment

After you order you receive a proforma invoice by email, with our bank details. Pay by bank transfer within 72 hours with the proforma number as the reference. Northern EU Warehouse items are reserved for you during those 72 hours; items from partner warehouses are confirmed when your payment arrives. Unpaid proformas are cancelled automatically. We ship after the payment arrives and send the final invoice.

VAT, excise and duties

Companies with a valid EU VAT number pay 0% VAT (reverse charge). Private buyers pay the VAT that applies to them. Shipments outside the EU leave without VAT; import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient. Nicotine excise of the destination country is not included unless shown on the invoice.
