Returns and withdrawal

Business purchases can't be returned unless the goods are faulty, wrong or damaged in transport. Report this within the deadlines in our terms of sale and we replace, credit or refund the affected items.

Private buyers: 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after you, or a person you name, receive the goods, without giving a reason.

Exception: for health protection and hygiene reasons, cans whose seal has been opened or removed after delivery can't be returned. Unopened, sealed cans can.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to info@snuscore.com before the 14 days end, for example with the form below. Send the goods back within 14 days after that, at your own cost, to the address we give you. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your statement, by the same payment method, but we may wait until the goods are back or you have shown that you sent them.

Faulty goods

Your statutory rights for faulty goods are not affected. Write to info@snuscore.com with your order number and photos.
